Looking to hit 30 miles for the month. Getting back into the swing of things after a year long layoff.

After "working" the WW plan twice, I moved on. It does work to some extent but the extra points were always calling to me. Counting calories always seemed like a chore but with the MFP app's scanning too and the HUGE database of food it's way easier not. It's hard not to fall into the trap of eating over your calories…
