Always looking for more friends! 32 y/o 5'9'' HW (from january of 2014): 199 CW: 143 GW: 140 Previous lowest weight: 137 before I stopped losing to run a bulk and add muscle I'm on here pretty much every day. I hit the gym 4-5 days a week. I lift heavy 4 days (I follow a powerlifting program) and do cardio/yoga/mobility…

Can you provide a little more info? Like age and height? Also, are you weighing all solids and measuring all liquids? Are you eating back exercise calories? It's fairly unlikely you're gaining enough muscle mass to offset weight loss unless you're eating either at or above your TDEE.
-
I'm 5'9'', currently 143 down from 148 with a goal of 140 by October 15th. My diary is open to friends. I'm doing keto at the moment as it works well for me for fat loss, but will switch to IIFYM once I hit goal. You can add me if you like.

LOL. I'm definitely not a carbophobe. For me, keto is a great weight loss tool because it helps control my hunger much better than a carb heavy diet so it makes eating less easier. When I'm not cutting, I follow IIFYM.

I'm currently on keto. If you add me as a friend you can see my diary. I average 20-30g net carbs daily.

You can probably expect a water weight increase which will show up on the scale, especially if you weigh yourself the next morning. Usually that goes away within a few days to a week. As for actual fat gain, it is possible but you'd have to eat 3500 calories OVER your TDEE every day which is quite a bit. It could also…

5'9'' and 143 at the moment. I'm currently on a 12 week cut to drop some additional body fat, so I average 1600-1800 depending on the day and activity level, but my maintenance is 2100 or thereabouts. I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week. I lift heavy 4 days and do cardio/yoga/mobility work 5 days.

Powerlifting. Hoping to do my first meet next year. I have some personal lifting goals I need to hit then I plan to sign up for one.
-
You probably need to eat more before going to bed. I always have an evening snack around 8:30, usually no more than about 150-160 calories. It means I don't go to bed or wake up starving.

32 year old stay at home/work from home mom here. I've lost over 60 pounds starting in January of 2014. Aside from running a small bulk for about 6 months where I purposefully put on some weight so I could gain muscle, I have kept all of it off. I'm on every day, and hit the gym 4-5 days a week without fail. Feel free to…

How long have you been on keto? What are your stats, meaning height and weight, and how much are you eating a day? Are you logging every meal? Are you weighing solids (as in using a food scale) and measuring liquids? I did keto for about a year and lost 60+ pounds before purposefully stopping to run a bulk to add muscle.…

You can add me if you like! I'm on everyday and unsolicited advice is one of my biggest pet peeves so you'll never get it from me.

Sounds like you need a body recomp, not weight loss. You can't spot reduce when it comes to fat, so continuing to lose weight will not get you where you want to be especially since you said you are already underweight. You want to look into progressive lifting programs like strong curves or stronglifts 5x5 and use an…

Life is good at getting in the way of what you want. The key is to not let it stop you. You have to make the DECISION to change (not just be motivated to change but really decide) and make this is your new lifestyle. That being said, this lifestyle does not mean never eating cake at a birthday party or never indulging a…

The VAST majority of weight loss is diet related and not exercise related. Exercise has immeasurable health benefits, but you can't outrun a bad diet. It's much easier to just not eat 300 calories worth of something than it is to burn it off. I'm sure to some extent you probably know this given you've already lost some…

I did keto for a year and lost 60+ pounds before stopping to run a bulk. I'm now back on keto so I can cut some additional body fat. If you weren't losing on keto, you were simply eating too much. I'm sorry, but there's no other way around it. Keto isn't for everyone and some people experience adverse side effects from the…

I usually get to the gym by 8:30 in the morning. I always have a cup of coffee and some variation on a protein shake (whey protein isolate, fruit, oats, almond milk) as working out on an empty stomach results in me getting very nauseous and dizzy. Everyone is different, but that's what works and has been working for me for…

Fellow Sherlock fan! Let's be friends!

Hi! I'm interested in getting into powerlifting for competition purposes. I already do the big 3. Do you currently compete? Do you have a coach?

I'm 32. Lost 60 pounds over the last two years. I'm now focused on fitness goals versus weight loss, but am very active and always looking for new friends. Add me if you like!

Yes. I retain water during ovulation and then anywhere from 2-8 days prior to starting my period. Once my period starts, I usually let go of the water within a day or two. My weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds. It's frustrating, but it helps to know that it is temporary.
-
I'm on every day. I can be pretty funny, too. At least I like to think so. Add me!
-
I've lost a total of 62 pounds. The first 35 or so of that was without any exercise at all.
-
It took me two years to get where I am now (a little over 60 pounds lost) with my goal weight changing several times over the course of those two years. Basically I would hit what I thought was my goal, only to find I wasn't happy with the way I looked. So I kept going. At this point I'm not concerned with the number on…

I'm 5'9'' and 137 down from 199. Feel free to add me.

@TuriansEverywhere Thank you! And I would definitely recommend getting with a trainer at least once to work out a weight lifting routine if you're able. 6-7 months ago I had very little idea what I was supposed to be doing in the weight room, so I stuck almost entirely to cardio which helped me lose weight, but did nothing…

My cellulite improved a lot after my weight loss (60 pounds), but what really made it disappear was weight lifting. I've noticed as I've gained more muscle and lowered my body fat percentage that it has diminished to the point where it is *almost* gone. I don't think I'll ever get rid of it entirely, but it has improved…

My diary is open to friends if you want to add me. 32 year old stay at home/work from home mom. Fair warning in that I follow IIFYM so I'm not a 'clean' eater by any means, but I am consistent with my tracking.
