My dad has macular degeneration. He is 87 and has had it for quite a few years. He has one eye that he says is "totally gone". He is trying to save the good one. He gets shots in the eye. He doesn't drive much anymore and never at night. He does still farm and drives his tractors. He is also still good at playing cards. :)…

I was also a stay at home mom until my kids got in school full day. Then I got a job at the school which worked out good for being home when the kids didn't have school.
