by the way being vegan can be extremely unhealthy as alot of processed foods actually dont contain animal products.(think potato chips and walmart brand cookies). so thats why i made the plant based and vegan distinction.. feel free to add me or message me. im 2 years into this life..

actual vegan here, its about ethics.. if ur concerned about ur health thats usually the "plant based" route. I say cut out processed foods and steer clear of too much oil. You wont be deficient in anything by being plant based but it can be overwhelming at times without sufficient meal prep. I say incorporate more fruits…

i take the dried chickpeas. send em thru a session in my blender and voila. flour!! i use that flour for muffins or chickpea fritters.

from 324lbs to my lowest of 175.. i hover in the 180's now.. and my belly fat is still ridiculous.. my bones jut out everywhere else. but i still have a very large gut and its not just skin.. its actual fat.. sigh

i like overnight oats. uncooked steel cut oats 2 cups of full fat coconut milk cinnamon maple syrup walnuts coconut flakes 1 tsp vanilla combine and let sit overnight. eat in the am put bananas and blueberries on top

im vegan.. heres what i made for dinner..curried chickpeas 1 can of chickpeas or 2 1 bag of frozen peas 1/2 can of full fat coconut milk 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp curry powder 2 tsp of sugar 1 can of tomatoes ( can be stewed or diced or whole, i leave the juice too) saute onions…

sounds like my 1st 6 months of being vegan.. give ur body time to adjust to the sudden change. drink more water and make sure u arent eating foods that make us retain water naturally

ive been plant based for two years and did raw vegan for an entire month. I also did lots of weight training at that time. I got so lean and looked great. my eating is uncontrollable during this time. i just let it be. it lasts for a few days and by the end of it i've dropped the excess water weight. ive accepted it..

i worked out in a stretchy maxi dress from bebe and some walmart ortho sandals and a sweater. i had time to kill waiting for a business to open and my gym was nearby. got good and sweaty.. by any means necessary!!

what are ur goals? are u just trying to lose 50 or so lbs.. what lifestyle do u want? i swear by a lower carb higher fat way of eating.. keeping carbs below 50 a day for fat loss.. ur 6'2 and 250lbs.. i figure 200 lbs is appropriate for that frame..
