I'm not obese, I haven't lost anyone to obesity, I'm not even particularly active (in terms of exercise), but I have lost someone who had no business dying suddenly and unexpectedly and wanted to say that I am so very sorry for your loss. Congratulations on your weight loss so far, that's a great achievement. Be kind to…

SW - 175 5/1/17 - 163 11/1/17 - 160 18/1/17 - 162 GW - 150 I'm not too worried about this weeks gain. I know I went a little over my calories/carbs on a couple of days (not 2lbs worth though), I have also not drunk anything like enough water and my cycle is messing with the figures. Here's to next Wednesday!

I turned down my favourite chocolate and didn't even feel a bit sad about it!

To get under 160lbs by the end of Jan....I'm sitting at 160!

Hi, fellow low carb eater here. I went Keto in June and loved it, losing 20lbs. Went a little bit carb-y in November (I stopped logging too @thelowcarblady ) but it was ok, I maintained +/- 2lbs. Then went waaaaay off track in December and gained a further 6lbs but am back now. Aiming for around 50g carbs/day and hopefully…

Hi! I've got 10lbs of my original 21 left to go, feel free to add me

Hi - UK based here too, Somerset in the South West, feel free to add me

Low carb eater here (c. 50g/day). I started with keto in around June but threw myself off the wagon and into all the chocolate (in spectacular fashion!) in December, so am going a bit more moderate, aiming for slow and steady losses and a little more moderation this year. Feel free to add me

Hi fellow low carb eater here. I lost 21lbs and regained nearly half of it in a few months. This year my thinking is slightly more carbs (around 50g/day), slower loss and easier maintenance....that's the plan anyway - feel free to add me, my diary is public.

Hi Fellow low carb eater here, feel free to add me and definitely check out the low carber daily forum - full of like minded, seriously motivated/knowledgeable people

Hi! Welcome, feel free to add me also. Personally, I don't really exercise, my weight loss has been through dietary changes only so don't feel like you're failing if you're not exercising, obviously it's great for health and well being but it's not essential for weight loss. When I do get the urge, I find body weight…

To get from a UK 14 (US 10) down to a 12 (US 8) it took me 20lbs, even so I am never the same size from one item to the next! Like other posters my wardrobe has everything from a 10 to an 16 and it's nothing to do with weight fluctuation. Luckily I'm more concerned about the fit than the size on the label.

Yey! That's a great milestone. Well done :)

2 egg omelette with ham, cheese and spinach - quick and delicious! Although today it was greek yoghurt with raspberries which was yummy but much less satisfying!

Hi UK based here also, open diary and always keen for new MFP friends, feel free to add me

Me too...and I started doing it in November...damn those giant Toblerone bars that were on offer everywhere! I've re gained 8lbs of the 21 that I lost, some of which will come off very fast (hopefully!), but hey, I earned those lbs and I enjoyed myself while it lasted. That said, I'm also enjoying the feeling that comes…

I've been low carb (under 40g total carbs) for around 6 months (with a few wobbles along the way), feel free to add me, my diary is open.

Having been woefully absent since October, I am back! Weighed in last night and it was as bad as I anticipated but hey, I earned it! SW 175 CW 163 GW 150 Interim goal is to get under 160 by the end of Jan. Loving being back on the LC wagon so far, the horrible headaches have now gone and my hunger is wearing off.

Google HIIT work outs. Personally I love The Body Coach - 20 mins, minimal (if any) equipment and only a tiny amount of floor space needed.

I can almost guarantee that you wouldn't be the only person in there that's feeling self conscious. It's daunting, you feel too big but there will be others who feel too small, too weak, too unfit, some of the machines look like you need a degree to work them etc etc. I found that actually, no one pays much attention to…

AMAZING! I'm shooting for 5 full press ups currently

I aim for around 1400-1500/day. I'm pretty sedentary (sat at a desk for most of the day and running around after 2 kids at either end of the day), don't exercise and that seems to work for me. MFP gave me 1200 initially but I just couldn't hack it. I eat low-ish carb/high-ish fat - I can't be trusted around sweets,…

I'm 5"10 and had a starting weight of 175 (not over weight but borderline), I'm now at 155 and feeling so much better. No pics to show you but I definitely look different, my clothes fit better and I have less jiggle! That said, it took 20lbs before anyone noticed...the curse of being tall. Best of luck.

My 4lb loss did not stay off....but that's probably because I ate everything. Really, everything! SW 175lbs 8/9/16 160lbs 14/9/16 158lbs 21/9/16 154lbs 28/9/16 156lbs GW 150lbs Here's to this week!

Incredible! Well done and the best of luck for the remainder of your journey

I downloaded the app last week then life happened. Next week (as soon as my partner is back from working away and can cover childcare!) I'm on it. Like you I tried it around a year ago then lost motivation at about week 4. I'd say stick to the 3 days - maybe throw some body weight exercises in on your non running days?!
-
Yesterday my dad noticed I have lost weight (he is truly rubbish at noticing anything...this is huge for me!)

Hey I'm UK based. I've lost 21lbs in around 3 months, with 4lbs more to go! I don't exercise although I keep toying with the idea.... Feel free to add me

I'm around 5"10 and eating 1400-1800 calories a day, I don't exercise and have lost steadily most weeks.
