I log everything but mostly have just water and coffee. I drink six 16.9 bottles a day but plan to increase it to 8 bottles.

My usual breakfast is about 115 Cals. Black coffee with cinnamon raisin bagel thin, spray can't believe it's not butter and a bottle of water with Mio water enhancer. In order to prevent going over my count I like to preplan my meals and snacks for the day in the morning. I also try to have a fruit or veggie snack with a whole bottle of water every 2 to 3 hours. I drink at least six 16.9 oz bottles of water a day.

I say do it all at once. Just do it! Try not to think about it too much. Track everything you consume and keep it going. I started a week ago and it's going great! Everyone around me eats whatever they want and I don't let it affect me. I preplan my meals to avoid eatting something I shoud not have.

Hey I am farely new to MFP too. Day 6 for me. I am looking to lose 60lbs. I would say start by keeping yourself motived, using the app and the great people on here to help u along. Keep your eye on your target, make good food choices, track everything and trying to get a workout in. You can do anything you set you mind too.
