Awesome advice kdblpn thank you so much! Since i am just starting my journey i am taking the 6 month challenge of no pop and alcohol but i do see where the alcohol is going to be hard when i re-introduce it. Lol

cmtigger after exercise i usually just do a protien shake with 2% milk and maybe a piece of fruit but i really try not to eat back the cal i just burned because i thought that was the wrong thing to do.?
