I am only 3 days old here and I have noticed that because I know people are seeing what I log in during the day (my food and exercise), I am tempted to cheat. I realized that most of my social anxiety came from the shame I felt for being overweight. I was constantly uncomfortable, tired, and this hindered me from doing a lot of things. Also, my clothes were extremely uncomfortable - especially bras. Basically, I felt like crap about 100% of the time. Not good.

For me, a small cup of chilled coffee (with whole milk) usually does the trick. No sugar though.

Hey guys, thank you for replying to my post! Let me just clarify that the I would like to ULTIMATELY lose 40 lbs, but if I don't get to that exact weight (145lbs), that would be fine. I understand that it seems like a stretch, but I'm sure with true dedication, I can do it without harming my health.
