I have been MIA myself. Still working with my doc on my stomach issues. It is really hard to plan meals and eat healthy when you don't know how a fiod item is going to affect you. I want to keep exercising but my ankles just give me fits every time I go for it. How can I lose weight if I can't eat properly and I can't exercise. It is taking forever! You are not the only slow loser, I have been going at it since last Oct-Nov and have only lost about 40 pounds total...and I have gained part of that back! I am still going at it and refuse to give up. I am going to continue until I am where I want to be.

I can't say that I am all that motivated...I still have to make myself exercise and I'm still having trouble eating right but I refuse to give up or stop trying. I will keep going though because I want and will be healthier. It's just going to take a while to get there.

4 nights in a row exercising for me. I'm tired of being tired! Well, I have lost every week this month so far...here's to another loss this week. I am just going to keep doing what I've been doing all month long and I should see a loss this week as well. I am going to start walking again. Build back up to the 2 miles I was doing before. Battling my way back, I got this! :smile:
