  • Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day. I did not eat the best this week so I will not be surprised if I do gain. I have logged everything but it wasn't the most healthy. I am on the wagon but hanging off the side. I will do better with my next meal..
  • Exercise agrees with me...i did about an hours worth of exercise and ended the day with more calories than I started the day with...now that's awesome....
  • There are no kids in our house so no worries here with candies and chocolates. I am beginning to get back on plan and starting to exercise again. That feels too good to ruin it with chocolates! Back on the wagon I go!

  • I marched in place for 15,404 steps (took some breaks). I know that sounds crazy but I do step challenges with friends at work that have fitbits. I have burned 3,736 calories total for the day. I have become obsessed, can you tell? Lol

  • I'm really trying pnece! I tend to be very hard on myself too. I am so disappointed that I let myself gain that much back. It may take a little bit, but that weight will come back off.
