  • Great peanut butter cookies - protein powder and gluten free 1 cup peanut butter (I use low salt and low sugar) 3/4 cup sweetener (original recipe uses brown sugar, but stevia works) 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder Handful choc chips(optional) Drop on a pan and bake for 5-8 minutes at 360'.
