End the tread by finally jumping in with both feet........ here goes I have so much admiration and appreciation for all the members of this group who have shared such personal experiences. I have spent so many years trying to hide my constant binge eating and push down my shame, that I find it difficult to be truthful…

I log every day to keep myself 'honest' and it's the only way I can stay within my daily MacroNutrient goals. If I dont log, I tumble off the wagon in a heartbeat.

Funny! Thanks for the laugh :D

This is so insightful and resonated with me. I wonder how many of us would be in better health today, if only we had questioned our 'all-knowing' Docs, back in the day. *hand raised high* For me, it was my primary care doc telling me to take Vitamins with Iron for chronic anemia. I ended up getting an emergency blood…

@PamamaJane - this thread terrific. I chuckled all the way thru it. I am with you - Working at Keto day-by-day is a must for me as well, otherwise I am full of of all kinds of crazy rationalizations. @RalfLott Thanks for the great feedback and recommendations. For me, striving to understand the science behind this woe will help me find my personal Keto macronutrients sweet-spot, specifically for weight loss. Once I fully understand it, I will be able to see the Keto matrix :D thanks again!

@ProCoffeenator - What a great idea! thanks for kick-starting this post Hi. I am also happily divorced for many, many years ( nod & a wink to @PamamaJane ). I have 2 wonderful kids, both in their early 30's, and I am a newbie to the LCHF group and Keto woe. My long slide into my current state of un-health (morbid obesity)…

I just wanted to add, my 'aha'! was realizing my %Fat was way too high for weight loss. I needed to adj. my Fat intake down to around 65% as well as watch my daily calories. (see pie charts in image above) As a Keto newbie, I thought the more Coconut Oil I ate, the more weight I would lose. DOH!

I thought I was 'doing it right' but my weight loss stalled after the 1st 2 weeks. I was googling around and finally found information specific to LCHF weight loss that gave me that much needed 'AHA!' Hope you find this helpful. Good Luck!…

I read through lists of reviews on Amazon and people are reporting good sleep results when applying to bottom of your feet 20 minutes before bed. Hokum?!?! I dont know. But I am willing…
