I don't follow a diet, I just eat in moderation anything I eat... I will not deny myself anything I want to eat -- it is by far the surest way for me to induce a binge. so I eat what I want, when I want, but I do so in moderation.

Your diary is locked so I wasn't able to look but trying to make sure each meal is somewhat balanced works - protein and complex carbs will keep you feeling satiated longer. I have my macros set to 40 carbs, 40 proteins, and 20 fat -- it worked better for me this way -- you def. need to keep trying till you find what works…

I would suggest setting your goal at sedentary when calculating your TDEE - then eating some if not all calories back on the days you exercise. This way you are still hitting your nutritional/eating goals even on your rest days. Just a suggestion!!!
