I just checked my creamer. It's not "sugar free," but there's no sugar in it. (If that makes sense.) I use two tsp per coffee and have at least 2 coffees per day. That adds up to 40 calories, 4 carbs, 2 fat, 0 protein, and 0 sugar. (Creamer nutrition only.) You may just have to check labels, maybe switch brands.

Good info to have! Not my question, but thanks! :)

I eat a LOT of tuna (two whole cans for lunch today) and a lot of eggs...

Is this book or TV show based? I've read the books but never seen the show, so I don't want to be lost.. :/

@upsaluki Thanks! :)

My middle name alone scores me 80 burpees! F that! Lol

I eat a lot of tuna, a lot of eggs, and a lot of frozen/canned vegetables. All very quick and easy. Of course, I eat other things too, but those are probably the easiest on my go to list.

Two cans of tuna and 2 T each of mayo and sugar free relish. Kinda calorie heavy for me, but I haven't eaten today unless you include the protein powder in my coffee this morning. Lots of protein though!! :)

I think it's an excuse to order a Big Mac and large fries and to sit on the couch watching TV for hours. If there really is an obsession, it should be considered OCD. There's no reason to vilify a healthy lifestyle unless you're trying to avoid putting in the work. Yeah, there's an extreme, but what's next? Are we going to…

What's the difference between the Couch to 5k and Zombies Run 5k in terms of structure?

@kadfit48 Sounds like you have a great plan and an excellent mindset! Keep thinking about the positives! No matter what anyone says (and no matter which gym you choose), if you put the work in, you will see results. :) I lost 100 pounds at PF. Good luck, my friend! You can do it!!

I'll see if I have any Vaseline. I know I don't have any of the other stuff lying around, and I'm not in a position to go spend money. The shorts I already own will have to do. Thanks for all the advice :)

Unfortunately, not everything comes in a package... I found an entry today that said 45 g of zucchini has 2 g of fat.
-
Good question! I've often wondered that myself!!

Sooooo... doing the math, I should eat anywhere from 2185.95 and 3283.35 calories? Just because I'm 36 and weigh 177 pounds? Although the article does specify it's for muscle building and not fat loss, it does not address amount of activity or even gender. I don't buy it.

Well said!

Just out of curiosity, even if everyone here said you could subtract calories for the undigested portions, would you seriously go digging in the potty and weigh the difference???

I don't like liver. There's no way I'm eating liver for any reason. I can't think of anything else I don't like... maybe that's my problem. I love all the foods!

There's a difference between appetite and hunger. If you're truly hungry, you should eat. If you just want food, you need to train yourself to find another activity you enjoy that can replace mindless eating, a distraction, if you will. Focus on your personal motivation, whether it be health, looks, a combination, or…

Bbq ribs, avocado deviled eggs, cole slaw with Walden Farms dressing, olives, cheese, cut up veggies

You don't look "fat" to me. If you're looking for abs and defined pecs, etc, keep at your lifting, eat at a small deficit, and progress slowly with both your lifts and your calories until you're lifting heavy and eating at at least maintenance. Good job on coming so far! 50 pounds is an incredible achievement!

Awesome! :) Thanks @NancyN795 and @TavistockToad!

I'm gonna show my age here... New Kids on the Block, baby! Anything by them. LOVE them!

I don't call my method "meal prep," as I don't do it all in one day, but when I cook my meals, I make several (at least four) portions to reheat later in the week. Some of my meals: -Stir fry - combine pretty much any meat and any frozen veggies with some kind of Asian sauce. I skip rice but make it for my kids -Chicken,…
