Let me know how you are getting on with the discipline thing. I know you asked for tips but what is working for you so far. I am great at achieving goals but hopeless at maintaining. And diet is soooo important and I find the MFP app really helpful. Add if you like. Lu

Heyyyy how is it going so far??? Little and often matey!! I started with one of the free 7 minute workout apps. And it took off from there. I did just 7 minutes every day and just did as much as I could. It really worked for me. How is your motivation today? You can do it!!!!!
