I try to walk everyday although it doesn't happen all the time. When I do walk I'm pushing my daughter in her pushchair. I feel security pushing the pushchair, I'm unsure if it's because it gives me purpose "hey look there's a mum out for a stroll with her baby" or because it hides the parts of my body that I'm insecure…

I'm an only child. I don't eat meat. I'm a recovering addict (2yrs clean). I drink pints. My favourite food is pizza. I'm celibate. I fart like a man... probably why I'm celibate. I'm scared of the sea. I love Rocky Balboa. I've got a weird Hobbit crush, particularly Frodo ♡. I think that Justin Bieber rocks; yeah so what…

Hey, had depression & anxiety for best part of 15 years. Been on all sorts of prescription meds and have only recently found 1 that suits. I used to self medicate too so that's probably helped me to climb a few more steps up the crazy ladder. Therapy, ditching "friends" and becoming a mummy are keeping me sane (ish) ;)

I'm also 2 weeks in, we've a long way to go so feel free to add me anybody, the more support the better

Me too, biggest I've ever been & serious about shifting at least 35lb. Add me :) :)

I've had 2 Graze boxes a week for as long as I can remember. I have a Pure Box and a Breakfast Box. Well worth the money for me because I'm lazy :D

Hi, I've been free from my drug of choice since March 2014. I've since had a baby (born 11 weeks premature) & possibly lived the most stressful & emotionally exhausting 18 months of my life! I've obsessed about my old lifestyle every single day it's always been in the back of my mind until i started mfp again a couple of…

Hi, I'm single mum to a 16 month old. At the minute my exercise routine consists mainly of walking while pushing her in her pushchair, it's the only way I can do anything to burn a substantial amount of calories. I've also bought a fitness hula hoop, i manage to do 10 minutes a day while she's in her highchair eating her…

In my opinion it depends on the type of cleaning. If I'm stood still washing pots then obviously I'm not getting a cardio workout. If I'm doing an intensive clean aka hoovering through the whole house thoroughly, scrubbing floors & such like it gets my heart beating & I know I'm doing some good. Sweating and breathlessness…

Following other people's News Feeds and keeping up with their progress has made it more inviting for me to log in everyday. Add me, I'm 36 in the UK and need to shift 35lb, this is my 2nd time using mfp but I've only just discovered the community :)

Hi, I'm single mum to my very demanding 16 month old. She always wants my time which makes it hard to do anything for myself but I'm lucky because she doesn't mind being pushed in her pushchair, I do get to do lots of walking. I've bought a fitness hula hoop, only 10mins a day is supposed to give great results in 6wks :)

I can relate to all of that, count me in!!

Sounds like you've had a tough time, you can be forgiven for turning to food during the times of needing comfort. I'm a comfort eater also, I'm a junkfood vegetarian & I too LOVE cheese. I'm a big takeaway fan but have cut them down over the last few months. I eat a lot of veg but I do have a weakness for carbs. I'm trying…

Hi, I've been on medication for depression & anxiety for many years, at the moment i'm on Mirtazapine which I've been told is notorious for weight gain but has lifted my mood enough for me to get back on MFP. I've been walking a lot too it helps to clear my mind and gives me a boost of motivation. Feel free to add me ☺ I…

Hi, I'm 36 and spent around 15yrs living a very unhealthy lifestyle in more ways than just a poor diet. Fell pregnant at 34, turned it around and now need to shift some weight for me & my daughter. Feel free to add me ☺
-
You aren't alone in asking the question "how'd this happen?!" I ask myself that every time i look in a mirror! Feel free to add me, I'm 36 and a mum to a 16 month old girl, I've let the weight creep up on me well it can shove off!!!
-
I have a 16 month old and I really need to shift 35lb. Add me! ☺
-
No advice to give but I've got to say you look fantastic! If you're genuinely happy why put too much pressure on yourself to lose the lbs? Just do what you're doing and address any weight gain as it happens rather than leave it too long making it harder to shift ☺
-
Hey Isabelle, we're pretty much the identical in terms of current weight & what we want to lose, it'll be interesting to follow each other's progress ☺
