That's awesome @Sparkle1098. I just got premium a few weeks ago. I like it a lot for $50 for the year I think its worth it. just seems easier to access things, more detailed if you are keeping track of macro's.

you definitely can...just plan it in. may lose a little slower but gotta be able to stand what you are doing and make it a lifestyle change that is livable.

welcome to all the new members to the group. @Slider678 yes weekends the hardest. At least I have stopped my weekends starting on Thursday and continuing until Sunday. Trying to limit the cocktails on the weekend..sort of. Tend to go out a lot on weekends, have a martini and start to lose it!
