The secret to avoiding Keto fog or Keto cold is making sure you are well hydrated, and that you are getting enough sodium, because your body will lose electrolytes while flushing out toxins. You should drink 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of water a day, which helps your body rid itself of the toxins quicker. Hope this helps! ; D

I also suffer from depression. Unfortunately, I am an emotional eater, so not eating too much has always been my problem. I drink every now and then, mostly in social situations. If I'm out, it's a Patron Strawberry Margarita. If I'm relaxing at home, it's either Pinnacle Whipped Vodka on ice, or a cold glass of Moscato wine. Yum! : )
