I am so happy for you! I will cry, throw a party, call everyone I know. I haven't been under 200 for 26 years. You did it!! Absolutely mind blowing amazing!

What great results! My goal is to no longer feel huge. (Always been a bigger girl too) and I am getting there! Thanks for sharing your pics

Thanks for the inspiration! I'm down 36 with 80 to go. It can seem impossible, because it is so much to lose, but like you said, time is passing anyway! Bit by bit the weight keeps coming off! Congratulations on your new life and look! Amazing!

Excellent! What a great feeling to no longer be the "heavy set" woman....just the nice looking lady in the black shirt. That is one of my top goals to keep me going! Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! Thanks for the inspiration!

Congratulations on your incredible results! How exciting! Looks like birthday wishes did come true - after some hard work on your part!

That's my starting weight also! Thanks for telling your story. I am down 30lbs now. Can't imagine wearing a size small! Great job! You are such a cute couple!

Thanks for taking the time to post! Congrats on your hard work and choosing every day to make the healthy choice. I also have 100 to lose. It is great to see what a change it makes!! You look so much younger since the weight loss!

Love when you talked about always logging your food disputed embarrassment and shame. Why do we think lying to ourselves erases what we've eaten? And if we do t acknowledge it, it didn't happen?

Choosing and logging. That really is the bottom line.

Plan for it with your calories and have something you really love! Why bother for something just ok? I don't keep it in the house. I go out for the one thing to the bakery, ice cream store, etc. when it's gone it's gone. No going back for "just a little more" haha. Day to day nothing beats a nice dish of fresh berries.

I started MFP having 100lbs to loose. I have lost almost 20. I'm happy about it, BUT being at goal is so far away and no amount lost feels "worth" being excited because somehow it doesn't "count" until I'm at a weight I haven't been at in 20 years or something! Even writing it I know it is stupid, but it's what the brain…

This is my first time around and I am amazed at this tool! I had all but given up and now have lost almost 20 lbs in 50 days. Thank you so much for reminding me to never take this for granted...and don't stop logging! I can almost believe I could actually reach goal!
-
Amazing. Really looks like you've lost more! Thanks for the inspiration

Congratulations!

Best and least expensive food scale? And where to find it.

I'm in for 100 to lose! Agonizing even to write it! It will take forever.... But this year is going to pass one way or the other- fat or fit

Pretty new to this site. I am turning 55 next month. The only thing that feels old is my back! (Or when I get my picture taken). I had given up losing weight because of my back. When I was younger I kept my weight lower with high level cardio and weight training. But I am so pleased to see the scale moving with just…
