  • Nutrition label lists it as ml as well. It also says 4 servings, 118ml each. I have just googled for some images and actually can't find the one which has same label as mine... the ones on google properly say 1/2 cup (73g) 4 servings or something along the lines.

  • Where do you get yours from? I got it from Tesco And I look all over the tub, it does not say anything about the grams. Specifically on the peanut butter cup.
  • lol that would be it! I am just thinking about allocating calories for a whole pint as well just less frequently, will be simpler that way lol. It's only about 320kcal depending on the type, so it's not hard to fit it in alongside proper meal menu.
  • Unfortunately in the UK version at least it doesn't stay equivalent in grams. Makes it a pain in the *kitten* to measure..
  • Ah, I did wonder... I always assumed 1ml=1g~ as with liquids... especially because with other normal ice creams it always added up...
