This week's going well with no junk food. Also focusing on my sugar and sodium levels. Tomorrow evening is gonna be a challenge. Going to a fundraiser dinner for work. Thankfully it's buffet style so I can hunt for the best options. It's always helpful when you have an idea of what food to expect to plan ahead. No luck…
