It's awesome with mint or cilantro or both and I also add red bell peppers or Serrano peppers or jalapeños to it. I add it to beans or garbanzos with cucumber and tomato like sour cream with cayenne. Yum!

I think menu planning and preparation is the key to "winning" this battle. Even if you just plan one day ahead. And if plans change and you can't stick to it exactly, you're still trying and that's a win.

Yes. The " 30 lbs by April Fools" was a 2.3 lb weekly loss, so mfp deleted it, as it was not within their guidelines. Please put yourselves back on the spreadsheet too. Sorry everyone. Thanks for understanding.
