  • I wear a fitbit and it counts my steps and exercise seperate. I walk on average 15 to 18 thousand steps a day an it usually gives me almost 1000 calories burned from just that not including any "active minutes" which is treadmill or sports with my kids. Idk, it just seems crazy that im burning as many calories as it says.…
