Thank you! I did find it i haven't posted yet because it looks like its 100 mile challenge for the month. Im not quite at that level. My trainer is already about to kill me for going over 12 miles weekly 🤣

For me learning the proper form of keeping my chest up! Still a work in progress BTW lol.

I workout 5 to 6 days weekly cardio (running) 3 days sometimes more and strength training 3 days.

Hello I would like to get into swimming Im mostly a runner but I've heard that swimming is a good exercise to help marathoners. My problem is I know how to swim but it takes so much work im exhausted after 1 lap.

Hi everyone ☺ I love to run! I usually do between 12 to 15 miles weekly. I prefer outside but if weather gets bad I do run on a treadmill begrudgingly though lol. My runs have suffered a little since I started strength training with a trainer. Im sure ill bounce back quickly just curious if anyone else in this group has…
