I used the calculator you linked and my BMR was 1500 and maintenance was 1650 ,I lift weights 5 times per week for an hour ,would that be classed as sedentary or lightly active ,I also do a personal training course so I am mainly on my feet during the day,if I switch it to lightly active it increases by a fair amount.

No,it stated my BMR was 1383.i recently started a ketogenic diet so i may have weighed lighter due to water loss ? Any thoughts ?
