Decline.....if they keep offering in then take one put it on my desk and bin it when they've gone.....choose you battles....sometimes it's easier to "take one"

Not instant oats.....look for rolled oats. Ones that look like they do in muesli.

Makes me hungry and angry ......for the safety of those around me I don't follow any form of fasting "programs" now.

Butter and full fat dressings.....the others are so bad they should come with a bad taste warning.

Male/female/height/weight......these all determine calories to eat.....one day of under won't harm but if it's continuing try to add some high calories foods in....peanut butter/butter/oils

I haven't read all the posts but as a growing child aim for him to eat at maintainance and wait for the next growth spurt to even out his weight.
