MFP set my goal. She’s done course in nutrition so not sure. I always underestimate my exercise by looking at fit bit and the exercise cals on MFP to. I did eat a little more Cals yesterday as did 80 mins walk , 60 min ab blast work out and 60 mins combat . Was only fruit though, even though I fancied a creame egg

Thank you. Started doing it again for two weeks now. I weigh 10st 6 and am 5ft 5. (Size 12). I stick to 1200 calories a day. Do 80 mins walking mon- Friday, while pushing two 3 year olds in a buggy. Also do 2 body combat classes a week and ab blast every week. But do you tube exercise videos in between if I get time
