& yes I do this. It's not how the program is written but it's helping me. I up the weight on one set this workout, then next workout with ohp I up it for two sets, and so on. I think being in a calorie deficit, having a weaker upper body and maybe being female make progress in this lift slower than is written.

I got some great advice (on another forum). I bought some large washers with a 2" hole in the center to use instead of fractional plates. Each one I received (ordered online) weighed 10.2 ounces. I think the four I bought plus shipping cost me about $15. So now I can increase in much smaller increments. My OHP lags way…

Realistically…hmm. I don't know. Three weight sessions, three running sessions. 84K steps for the whole week. And to stay around 11-12,000 calories for the whole week. I think I could do that.

Yeah, I got your meaning. ETA: sigh. I know I'm not sychkat. Just want to be clear that I understood you.

Thank you. ETA: after googling the term, I was worried because there is a kid in the profile pic.

Rushbrook, your enthusiasm is catchy! :) Good luck!

Right, but I think the difference is how many bananas the average person is likely to eat versus how many muffins. If you're the kind of person who would actually eat an entire bunch of bananas then that plan would not work for you.

WW used to have a plan called "core" and I used it to lose some baby weight between pregnancies. On that plan there were "free" foods and foods that had to be counted. Sounds like it was the prototype for the new WW. Anyway, I think it works for some people because the uncounted foods were NOT calorie dense - think…

Sorry for being ignorant but I've seen this mentioned before and am wondering is it some kind of innuendo? Thanks.

I think coffee has about 2 calories per cup. But I don't count them either. I use real cream once in a while and I'll only count the cream.

The hunters I've spoken to seem to teach their dogs to heel on the left & keep walking. Good luck.

You is kind. You is smart. You is important.

There are a lot of us depressed anxious people on here. ETA. Don't know where the rest of my comment went. But. Exercise helps a lot of us if we can only get started.

Walk more. Add a little more time every week until you are able to go a whole hour. It'll probably take a couple of months. Then think about adding something new. Good luck!
-
Yes. Small steps to build habits so even when I'm in the hole I do most things automatically. This has been a hard month. But I've still been exercising because that habit is getting pretty strong. Little things add up over time.

You look really good. Congratulations!

Knew it was you with another great resurrection. I can't figure out why some people can't do their brewing before they get to the throne.

Love that. There used to be a common English euphemism of "reducing." I'm not sure most people today would understand what that means.

Dumping the plump? No never mind. Sounds too much like a bm.

Wait. Hot dogs or other people's children? I'm currently avoiding both.
