Anyone including their macros with the food the show? Thinking it might be a good idea for people to see plates that are 80%F 15%P 5%C.

Squats are an all around great exercise and you do not have to be into powerlifting for them to be extremely beneficial. Regardless of your goals I do not see how they would not help.

Yesterday heavy leg day finished with a few rounds of jump rope. LOL legs felt like mush at the end. This morning shoulder and traps finished with sled work. Ready for the weekend! It is going to be really hot but still hoping to get in at least 10 miles in.

Just eat a few chips. If you eat a few more then so what. It is not going to ruin your diet. Think calories by the week and not by the day.

Been holding steady at 183 lbs the last couple of weeks but that is how my body works. I will stay at a specific weight for several weeks and then drop several pounds. 33 lbs to my goal! SW: 220+ lbs CW: 183 lbs LW: 37 lbs GW: 150 lbs

Great thread! Here is Scout and he goes with me on all my runs/hikes :) Here is at 9 weeks and 9 lbs when he first came home 3 yrs old and 110 lbs One of the trails we go on is loaded with Gopher holes. He can never resist sticking in head in hole hoping to catch one!

I follow a ketoish diet. I eat a higher percentage of protein then what is typical for the keto diet.

haha not sure what to think of this thread. If anyone is secure enough with themselves to run shirtless then who cares?! Anyone worried about it or judging them has the problem. LOL at there being an age that it is acceptable.

Watching Olympic's and sucking down a huge cup of ice black coffee before taking off for a 5-6 mile jog/hike with the dog before it gets too hot outside.

We make chilli, nachos and few other things :) Grilled Bacon Onion Rings! Chicken wings with Sriracha lime sauce :) Grilled Avocados filled with fresh pico de gallo and cotija cheese :)

Update: Worked out today with the voodoo floss bands. Unfortunately not much of an improvement for the tennis elbow. Will keep using them to see if it gets better. Also will look into treating the issue as well.

Rest less time between sets. Your strength training will be your cardio as well. If you have not looked into supersets then it is work checking out.
