That's good loss so far! Just keep at it! Sometimes you just stall for a bit. Add something new to your exercise regime or maybe change up your diet a bit, do something new, get excited about it and the results will commenced once more given you do everything the right way.

You've likely made process but just can't see it due to the fact you see yourself everyday so nothing would shock you too much. This can create a negative mindset. Just stay positive and keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine!

The damage on your body won't be horrible if it's that fresh. It will come off at the intensity you run your caloric deficits.

Three options. Work in into your intake so it doesn't put you over your budget with either exercise or by subtracting other food on the specific day. If that's not for you then try not to eat anything while you're there or of course the third option is to just not go to the movies.

You should extend the time between your weigh ins. It's both more practicle and good for your mind and the latter is an important factor for weight loss.

Good luck. I've lost 110lbs since January 2016. Lost a majority within 8/9 months. I'm sure if I can do it then you certainly can! Certain you can keep them off this time also!

Oh god there would have to be so many back when I knew nothing about nutrition and my own caloric values and those in the food I would've consumed.. ate some pretty gross stuff back in the day too! :p
