Well I hit 135.0 today, so I’m counting it! (If that sounds like a big loss for 9 days, it’s because I lost some PMS water weight a few days ago!) My next mini-goal: under 133.8, which is the lowest I’ve been in at least 18 years! I was 120ish in my late 20s. My ultimate goal is to be somewhere in the 120s again.

We have one confirmed case in our county (only one in the state so far), and tp, cleaning supplies, water, pasta, and rice are flying off the shelves. On several different occasions, after eating at a deficit for weeks, I’ve lost water weight when I increased calories (like eating a big restaurant meal). Maybe that’s what’s going on?

Agree with a lot of previous posts. I save calories for “late night”—between 200-350 calories for beer/wine and/or crackers and cheese, usually. I've done some sort of IF since 2013. I've never had trouble eating my 1600-ish calories, and have in fact still had trouble at times limiting calories even within a "window". At the point I'm at now, I'd probably have trouble with OMAD. 16:8 works fine for me. YMMV.

I actually like Bud Light and Coors Light, and they only have just over 100 calories. Wine is wine, but if I want to go lighter with it I’ll add some sparkling water (flavored or not). My main change with food is just to eat less of it. Left to my own devices, I can put away some calories. MFP has helped keep me honest with the calories game. I use a pot holder and have never noticed anything weird about the weight. Most of my meals in our big pot weigh over 2500 g, so even 100 g difference wouldn’t be that much of a big deal.

Update: I continued to not feel well for a couple of weeks, and got down to 137.2. I’ve felt better the past 5 days or so, and now at 137.8. Even if I go up a bit more, I think I can stay in the 130s. New mini goal: under 135!
