  • ^^This. I usually have breakfast, lunch, and snack figured out, so prelog those foods. Then I will at the least prelog a “quick add” of 550 calories for Dinner and 350 for After Dinner Snack, just so I have the planned calories straight. Then I log the real food for these as I figure it out.

  • Breakfast is not necessary. Milk is disgusting. Mayo is foul. Cottage cheese is fouler. Sour cream is...okay, so I hate most creamy white foods. Nutritional yeast...just no. I know there are more, but can’t think right now.

  • Mine has been to get back into the 130s for the first time in 3 years. Which I finally did today—the scale said 139.6 lb, but I’ve been sick this week and not eating much.   • OP here to update. Since November I’ve lost another 9 lbs, and I’m not seeing much difference in my face from November. So at least it’s not getting worse! We’ll see once I hit goal weight, I guess. Actually , I haven’t really decided on a goal weight yet—it might depend on how my face looks, lol!!
