Honestly? Salad. It's legit my favorite meal when I'm trying to lose. You can seriously make them so flavorful if you know what you're doing.

Hm, I'm seeing some red flags in this post. 156 cals isn't even enough to push into maintenance. Also, it's worth noting that a binge is when you literally cannot control yourself and eat enough food to make yourself ill. A binge isn't eating a little more than you had planned. I suggest you speak with a therapist. I think…

I always say, "Nope, just fat." That's usually enough to make them feel pretty bad. lol

It ended up being a waste for me because I have a very active job and it was a pain to try to keep it clean and not smash it. I eventually just stopped wearing it. I may eventually use it to track exercise or sale it. Idk yet lol

I have a pretty sizable brain, but I'd say my lips are a close second.

Just watched Atlanta recently and ADORED it. If you're a fan of Donald Glover, it's a must watch. First season was far too short, though. I actually found myself wanting the episodes to be much longer.

For me, it's mainly people at my job. Whenever I have a small lunch, everyone likes to be like "uh oh, she isn't eating again." Not eating a lot =/= not eating.

I've been on depo provera for 3? years. Lost the majority of my weight on it, actually. Personally, the best thing about it is that I don't have periods, so I don't have to worry about bloating during "that time" of the month. lol Now, I did gain a lot of weight back in the last few months, but that had more to do with…

Personally, I think the one person other than your doctor that should have a say in your weight should definitely be your partner. For me personally, I always want my SO to be 100% honest with me. We're supposed to look out for each other, and that includes making sure we're taking care ourselves and each other.…

I am absolutely a binge eater. I'm the kind of person that will stop mid binge, get disgusted with myself, throw it in the trash, and the try to dig it back out of the trash an hour later (if I can make it an hour). Often times, I'll do great for a month and then one day will have me spiral into a 50+ lb binge. Ugh I'm in…

I love doing a two egg omelette, slice of bacon, spinach, and some mozzarella cheese. Soooo good.

I think it really depends on the person. Not everyone who is overweight necessarily has an eating problem, but are perhaps just misinformed about nutrition and how it all works. I know that education on these matter in homes and school is lacking, to say the least. Speaking for myself, as someone who has very serious…

The first thing that stands out to me is that you need a food scale. Measuring cups are wildly inaccurate. For instance, I would make fruit smoothies. My measuring cups were shorting me quite a bit when it came to things like that, while also putting me over when it came tot hings like rice or pasta.

I usually eat something like 50% of my calories burned back, but only if I'm actually hungry. If I'm not hungry, I see no reason to eat them back.

I gotta be honest, as much as those kind of comments hurt. . . They are the best motivation. A co worker asked me when my baby was due. I am no pregnant. lmao Needless to say, I'm down 12 lbs in 4 weeks.

I've recently found out that I genuinely like doing yoga. I used to kind of turn my nose at it as not "real" exercise. But I have sore muscles and I don't feel miserable during or after. In the past, I've done things like HIIT that make me literally want to vomit and make me sick. So, I would dread doing it to my very…

Always weigh dry.

Weight loss is not linear. This is what my three weeks with daily weigh ins looks like (and with no slip ups). A lot of up and downs. And sometimes nothing at all. You call also see the drastic water weight loss in the first week. Log honestly and consistently, and then all you have to do is trust the science.

Calories make people fat, not the "unhealthy" foods. Moderation is key.

CALORIES. It doesn't matter if I'm getting 0 calories from carbs if I'm getting too many calories from other macro nutrients, I will still gain weight. However, I do try to keep a balanced diet. I pay special attention to protein, as I want to maintain as much muscle mass on a deficit as I can. I try to be reasonable with…

If they're selling me something other than a food scale, it's a scam.

Because I have a sense of humor. It's a joke. You know, irony.

YES. the first week or two can be absolutely hellish. But, if you're anything like me, you have an almost addictive dependence on food. I'm on my third week, and I eat the same things every day, which I know doesn't work for everyone, but I now get hungry right on cue and I've started thinking of food as fuel rather than a…

What you're saying isn't wrong, however these are things that can easily be avoided by planning ahead. I bring my lunch to work, and I prep my lunch on my day off for the entire week (and this is from someone who can work 20 hours a day, and no, I am NOT exaggerating). I suppose it also helps that I subscribe the the IIFYM…

I like having a maitenence day every two weeks. Nothing gained, nothing lost. And I get to recharge my will power battery.
-
I would say neither. Excess is bad. Moderation is good. 100% of the time.

I'm in my last 20-ish lbs, too. I'm really dreading the last 5. I know it's gonna take serious discipline.
