Day 2: Beast Bulk Chest (30mins) & T25 Beta - Dynamic core (25mins)

I work out at home as well. Right now I am doing a hybrid of body beast and t25. May throw in insanity workout on weekends. I usually rotate with beachbody, Jillian Michael's and fitness blender or other YouTube workouts I workout in the evening after work. My 5yo watches me at times and does his own version or plays with…

Thank you!

Day 1 - 38 mins Insanity Pure Cardio
-
I always regretted not doing weights earlier. Now I do both.

I incorporate protein and fiber in my meals. Like you I do swaps - Greek yogurt or cottage cheese for sour cream or mayo. I love fruit so I usually eat that when that sweet tooth kicks in. I buy single serving portions of foods that I tend to over indulge (e.g. potato chips). I always have water handy. Sometimes I infuse…

I have both programs and insanity max 30 as well. If you're a beginner, go with T25 and they also have a modifier Then you can start with any of the insanity programs. The max 30 is only 30 mins but can be brutal. There is a modifier in max30 though which isn't as high impact. Note that insanity can be hard on the joints…

I am hoping it's not too late to join in

Fantastic progress. I did insanity two years ago and got great results. I have max 30 which is a compact version of the original. I still pop in a few Vids in my cardio rotation
-
Cardio actually helps me. I just don't do it as intensely on first 2 days
-
I'm set at .5lb per week and even that's a challenge. I only have 7 more to go but it's getting tough
-
I am not a fan of rice so I eat beans / pulses mixed in with quinoa or on top of green salad

Hi ..only joined recently and discovered this thread. For meal prepping ..does the food get mushy after a while or does it last the week? I am a mom of a 5yo and trying to lose 7lbs. I know it isn't much but it's struggle to lose this last bit. I also am incorporating workouts in there as well.

Do what is best for you. Depending on my day especially when I have a ton of meetings, I do a big breakfast. Otherwise, I have coffee and piece of fruit.
-
How tired are you...that's the question I ask myself. I usually try to do 5- 10 min warm up or light cardio and if I am too exhausted I stop especially as i don't want to injure myself due to poor form . If I have the energy I complete the work out.

The modifiers in most workouts don't jump, use lighter weights or resistance bands, do push-ups on their knees. The key is not to stop moving
-
You can do this! I am aiming for 6 days and a rest day to recover. I am also committed to weighing and logging daily as well
-
I weigh them frozen
-
Feel free to add me. I'm on here on a daily basis

Only my partner knows and our 5yo son who loves to exercise with me (he does his own version of course). I don't discuss my fitness and weight goals with anyone. I only recently joined and hope to meet others to support me.

Ironically most time when I vacation I do not gain weight...I even lose at times. I am more active constantly walking or doing other fun activities. If you're ambitious you can always squeeze in a workout. I never do except when I am traveling for work. Lol Enjoy your vacation :)
-
T25 and I think p90x3 both have modifiers as well. Even body beast...I use lighter weights and resistance bands
-
I work out after work. I do take bathroom breaks where I stretch my legs and walks during my lunch hour if the weather is acceptable. I use the stairs instead of elevators but that's about it. Maybe you can invest in an adjustable standing desk or one of those under desk cycles?
-
Hi Steve ...thanks for sharing on how to turn off those auto updates. I usually ignored them but this way is much better I am on daily and am a newbie. Please feel free to add me!
-
I'm 35 years old and looking to lose about 7lbs ..it's getting harder to lose as I am so close to my goal. Feel free to add me :)

Lemon curry quinoa with veggies stirred in and salmon.

Cardio: insanity max 30; strength: body beast. Right now I am actually doing a hybrid of body beast and t25.

I am primarily inactive during my working hours. I do use the stairs instead of the elevator. If the weather is good, I walk for a couple of blocks during my lunch hour. I'm in office from 6.30am to 4pm most days. I workout on evenings or night doing endurance cardio or lifting.
