I really like those noodles. Spaghetti is back on the (keto) menu again. :)

Needs repeating!

I look at both total & net carbs. I've not yet tried the Julian Bakery items but anything that helps someone stick to LCHF/Keto has to be a good idea. :)

I try to stay at 24 total carbs or less right now. I counted net carbs a while back and that was good too. :)

We like to take a low carb/keto pre-made pizza crust (KBosh pizzas are only 3 carbs for the entire pizza crust) and cut the crust up into cracker-sized pieces. Pop 'em in the oven and then use them as crackers. They work great. :)

This would be my answer as well. :)

Thank you for sharing. I've seen that many do great with super high protein levels, but I seem to do best at 75-20-5. When I tried to increase my protein (and perhaps I increased it too much) I started feeling like I did pre-keto. I was not a happy camper, and it took me awhile to get my good keto energy back when I went…

how long have you been on a low carb diet? Couple of years low carb but struggled so 2 years keto now. how much did you weigh when you started and how much have you lost? Around 125 and I now weigh around 112, but I went to this WOE for health reasons more than weight. how many carbs do you eat a day? I try to stay at 24…

2 years keto. I was in lousy shape when I started so all I did for exercise was walk. After 9 months the keto energy kicked in and I started exercising more. Now? Lifting weights, walking, HIIT and more. Keto + exercise = Welcome to a "fit/in shape" Maintenance. :)

Gale, LOL. I started keto two years ago at age 60 so I dodged the dying at 30 years part too. :)

I'm just trying to make it through Halloween, lol. Those bracelets were a good idea. :)

You are so wise to meal prep! I'm 2 years keto this month and meal prepping is a must for me. It's not uncommon for me to have something in the oven, the Instant Pot and the Crockpot all at the same time, lol. Foods that are tasty, keto and freeze well come in soooooo handy when pressed for time in our busy lives. Looks…

WELCOME BACK. :)

Love this advice. Keep lifting weights. It makes so much difference in the long run. This month is my 2 year keto anniversary. I eat nuts pretty much every day. I've enjoyed BLT's with garden tomatoes, strawberries, greens, etc. I started out with higher carbs but keto works best for me. You can play around with the carbs…

That is sooooooo awesome!! I am so very, VERY happy and excited for you!! How long have you been LCHF? I love how the benefits just keep coming and coming and coming.... {{HUGS}}

I was experiencing nausea with meat but found out it was only from grain-fed/finished meat. Eating grass fed/finished is no problem.

What everyone else said, but it took me almost a year to start having any energy and almost a year and a half to have a good, deep night's sleep. I've been a light sleeper all my life so the change was/is awesome. When I first began keto I noticed that my hair was like silk and my skin got super soft. Some results come…

Very encouraging! Thank you for sharing. :)

I wish I could go, darn! Too far away for me though.

Great news! It's about time!

I love these and my local grocery store carries them. :)

Can't wait to see this one!!

There are also Gut Shots. I thought the Classic tasted good, but I haven't tried any of the other flavors. https://www.farmhouseculture.com/gut-shots

This is one of the reasons I love keto. Next month will be two years for me on this WOE and the "constantly hungry" (so frustrating and discouraging) symptoms left me at the beginning and has never returned. :)

I make my spaghetti using those noodles. They're called, "Miracle Noodles" at our local grocery store. Hubby and I tried the angel hair package and we honestly couldn't tell the difference between those and the grain noodles. We really like them, but do make them according to the package instructions. :)

C'mon!!! You can't tempt us all with a comment like that and not leave a linky to the recipe, LOL.

CHILI is sooooo yummy when the cooler weather comes, and who says you can't have beans in your chili? I don't remember who it was on here who posted about these beans when I was new to keto, but I've been soooo grateful ever since I had my first keto bowl of chili :)…

I joined too because that Diet Doctor website was sooooo helpful to me at the beginning of my keto journey.

AGREED! :)

I mostly have plain old food and don't do a lot of prepared stuff, but some things do come in handy. I like having a "jar of mayo" at the ready or riced cauliflower for a quick add to a recipe, and when hubby wants to "help/make something" in the kitchen (yikes, run for cover, is the homeowners insurance up to date, EPA…
