Oh I was talking about my 1 rep max.
-
Yeah, some people have to go there to lose. But if you don't have to, definitely don't.

I'm a 147lb tank and I can only bench 115. I'm seriously about to give up on this lift. JK. Would never give up but I'm close to punching someone in the face every time I go an AMRAP session and can't raise my training max.

I commute two hours per day as well. Nike.

tea, artificial sweeteners, diet soda, walden farms type stuff. When I'm getting down to the last bits, I make sure to log my gum and stuff. I can chew a lot .
-
Metamucil doesn't do s%^t for me.
-
Wow. I thought 3 sugars was a lot when I started. Just start scaling back. Tablespoon by tablespoon. You will not be happy if you just cut it all at once.
-
If you can do both do it!! I hated cardio so much. I lifted for years without doing any and now it's like painful to add back, even as a relatively fit person.

Old Navy run very large. I can't shop there. Everything is ill fitting. I have a pair of designer jeans now in size 27 waist. I have a 28 inch waist and they are on the looser side.

Time, yes. I don't call or text. When it's over, it's over. I also put up huge walls and barriers as a coping mechanism. In one way it's good because it helps these sorts of things be less painful, but it makes me pretty closed off to the opposite sex as well. I have basically have no expectations ever, for any man. Then I…

lmao you're sick. I like you.
-
Same. Cold black heart here.
-
Yep. I've lost 5 lbs in 6 days. It's water.
-
How would you describe the differences between a true reverse diet and a recovery diet after a competition and which do you think is better?
-
It's true. I must not want to be loved. It's actually better than believing I'm unlovable.

Soy sauce turns a lot of salads without cheese into something pretty good.

I get you. This is why I first hired a coach (sidesteel) back in the day. I had such a hard time managing my emotions/calories, I needed it to be in someone else's hands. And this week I had almost the opposite end of the roller coaster. Weighed in after my period at 152 last Saturday. Had a mini freak out. Started cutting…

I just do. I don't love people who don't love me.
-
I use hot sauce. 5 calories.
-
Wanna narrow it down or nah?

I've never been so ill I couldn't work out for a whole 10 days. You must be pretty dang sick. Just rest. The only thing I'll do when I'm terribly terribly sick is try to take little walks so I'm not completely sedentary. But if anything they are/feel good. I'm a slow *kitten* walker too.
-
No no. I meant...if these are activities you did/are doing while you are overweight, why start "counting" them now? Does that make sense? I didn't meant to make you feel unwelcome or something.
-
Don't log it. It's your daily activity. It's a short walk. Did you do these walks when you were overweight?
-
I always have a backpack on. I have never once thought about this or logged a walk. Not to say I don't overthink a lot of other diet/fitness things.
-
Well...you write what you did. How many sets, the weight, the exercise. I kept a journal for a long time but moved to excel and a phone app. My excel sheet tells me what I should do for the day and then I log what I actually did in another app. Which is kind of stupid...I could just put it in the excel. You'll want to keep…

Yes. Ceviche is a savior.

I can wear the same size dress if I'm 128 or 150. Clothes are weird. Is it stretchy?
-
No. I can eat so much. I really can order for 3 and eat it all even with large portions.
