What's your height and weight? Do you use a food scale ???congrats on your weight loss that's a huge number!! but weight does tend to fluctuate. I gained 2 pounds 3 days ago, and it's gone now. Water weight, sodium intake, so many factors play a part in our weight.

I looked at your face, and it doesn't look bad now. If you lose weight you're face will just be more toned. I lost 44 pounds I went from having chubby cheeks, and a fuller face to now it's a lot more toned looking, and my jawline is more chiseled. I don't look worse at all so good luck!

Op if you are in fact 113 pounds I'd reccomend instead of weight loss switching your goal to maintenance and progressive lifting program. When you're at maintenance you're going to be able to eat a lot more. 1,200 is probably a small amount for you, and thus you're binging. Good luck!!

I normally pack a protein bar and nuts as a post workout snack. I eat it after a workout, and drink some water after. It really helps me feel more refreshed and not hungry.

If you're gaining weight that means you're not eating at a deficit based on what you said. If in the two weeks you're gaining weight what I'm saying is correct. Log better, and eat the calorie amount suggested by MFP.

Let's say 3,000 calories good luck!!

Hello!! I'm from Ohio as well you got this!!

I like to take a picture of my progress it really helps me keep going, and if I find a picture of me before my weight loss I use that as inspiration to keep going. I sometimes am the same way I stop at a certain number get excited and stop, but I know staying focused will make me more happy, and I will be at a better Good…

If you want to reduce the fat in your face weight loss will do it for you. If you want to look more full weight gain will do that for you. What's your goal?
-
I am completely in agreement!
-
Sorry I didn't mean you I agree with your post. My post was in reference to the Op stowns30.
-
@stowns30 - You were actually at a healthy weight before you decided to gain weight. Now you're technically overweight. I guess enjoy your goal. I just haven't heard of this before.
-
To be honest with you if you're nutrition is good and you weigh your food you will lose weight without working out at all. But working out will help you look better as you lose weight. Good luck!
-
So you've lost 5 pounds so far this year congrats. Not losing weight in 2 weeks is normal, but the fact you're not using a food scale to weigh all your food will play a part in not losing as much as you'd like. Good luck!!!

Op what's your current weight now? Have you been losing weight? Do you use a food scale to track your intake?
-
I second the others saying you're eating more than you think. Buy a food scale scale use it to track your food intake if you don't have it, and eat the calories suggested by mfp.
-
Eat lots of chocolate and maybe get a liquid drink you enjoy to help you. Good luck!!

Do you use a food scale?
-
You're 200 pounds as you said, so in order to get to that weight you probably weren't eating 800-100 calories, so you don't have to do that now either. I'd reccomend heading to the doctors office figuring out your height, and changing your rate of weight loss to 0.5 to 1 pound and eat the calories mfp suggests good luck!!!…
-
I lost weight by eating at a deficit almost lost 50 pounds.
-
It's going to take a very long time good luck!! I set my rate of loss to 0.5 pounds personally.
-
You're at a healthy weight if I were you I would set my goal on MyFitnessPal to maintain weight, and eat the calories suggested. Good luck!!
-
Go to your doctor and see if you can get it looked at. Good luck!!
-
Well I went to Dubai for 2 weeks, and I didn't go to the gym once. I did eat at maintenance though, so I didn't end up gaining weight. Normally when I travel I don't go to the gym, but I do a lot of waking, and I don't count calories I know now how to eyeball food. What I eat I tend to burn it during walking a lot, so…

Op, have you considered maybe seeing a registered dietician ?
-
Instead of snacking around at 11am just eat a hearty breakfast if you want. I love to eat breakfast burritos.
