An ex of mine once said that if I drank some ACV with each meal it will help me loose weight.

That's okay I've had king sized chocolate bars before, and it's okay to indulge sometimes. Maintenance days aren't bad.

I think the first goal for you is to gain weight in order to no longer be underweight. Being at a healthy weight will help you avoid problems such as hair loss, vitamin deficiency, and osteoporosis. Please speak with your doctor about your concerns, and I do think weight gain would be a good start.

Well you can bank your calories if you want, and save enough, so you can eat the food you want without going over your calories if you wanted.

If you don't want to have a full English breakfast you don't have to. You can eat it, and bank calories the day before, or you can eat something else. Same goes for the restaurant if you want you can choose a healthier option, or you can eat from the calories you've banked from. I've eaten so much before that I've gained…

Yeah, you don't have much to lose change your rate of loss to 0.5 pounds.
-
Sorry maybe see if changing what you eat will help. That must've been a very awkward conversation.
-
Sounds like you should see a health professional regarding this issue.

I weigh myself every morning my weight does increase during my period, but it usually falls off within a week.

It's all about self control and individual ownership. I have siblings who eat ice cream, make cake, and they have huge layered nachos that look like they're calorie bombs, or they will make delicious looking deserts. If I want something I'll take the smallest portion, and if I want I won't take any, and I'll resist the…

I don't think peopl are often naturally thin they work hard in staying that way. I have a coworker that whenever we have a potluck at work she always gets tiny little servings of what she likes, and she doesn't feel the need to stuff her plate with food.

How many calories do you eat? Do you use a food scale?
-
Really sorry about your loss both of you!!
-
It's a personal decision.
-
I'm confused you say you lost a pound in a month which is good, but you say your weight is increasing. Are you gaining weight??? And are you gaining inches around your body?
-
I'm 5'3, and my goal is 140 pounds. Once I reach that number I will determine if I want to lose a bit more to be at 135. Everyone has a number in mind for themselves, and what I want may not be what you want. I just felt the best at 140 reason I'm aiming for this number. 4 more pounds to go! Started at 188 at first.
-
But are you using a food scale to track your caloric intake? I'll be honest I think you're eating more than you think. However, losing a pound in a month isn't bad. If you want to lose more you gotta be more consistent with your tracking. I've lost 42 pounds so far.

Thank you!!

Hello! I've been using a weight scale that also measures muscle mass. I was eating a very high protein diet in December, and I noticed my muscle mass increased during that time frame. Recently, I haven't been eating a lot of proteins, and the scale says I lost muscle mass. How much credence should be put on scales that…

Set your goal on MyFitnessPal to to lose 0.5 pounds a week. If you don't have a food scale buy it. Good luck!

Let's just say 1,500- 2,000 you said you'll get a lot of veggies if it's drenched in oil and soy sauce that's important. Plus you're getting fried rice, and also spring roll, and lemon chicken. This sounds like a reasonable estimate. Little tip if you weigh yourself the next day be prepared because most Chinese food has a…

Did you measure your arms before you started working out and after ? I've been working out intensely for over 2 years haven't heard of that happening. I've been losing inches not gaining them unless I'm gaining weight.

I've heard that some people had issues with the first Aria and connectivity, but maybe this got fixed with this newer model. I think the pro would be the fact it syncs with MyFitnessPal. I have a scale called Yunami, and it shows the results on the app, and I manually add it to MyFitnessPal. I've heard good things about a…

Based on the fact you didn't mention if you're using a food scale that's why I made my comment. I guess also let us know if you're using a food scale or not. Normally when people don't mention it that means they aren't.
-
If you're not using a food scale to measure your calories you're probably eating more than you think. Are you losing weight? If so how much weekly? Also what's your current height and weight? I think once we have this information this can let us know if we should be concerned. Right now you gave us a number, but I gotta…

It seems like based on your current height and weight, and informing us you lost almost 9 pounds since December you're actually losing weight. I would say continue eating the calories you are eating no need to reduce your calories more. You've been losing about 0.5 pounds a week which is a healthy rate of loss. You're fine…

Hello!! It's officially February whoot!! I was looking at an app my weight scale uses, and I realized I lost about 6 pounds during the month of December which is when I was a vegetarian the whole month. I like to sometimes not eat meat, so this is a common theme for me. I've realized eating meat does cause me to feel more…
