If it works for you sounds good!!

I don't drink ACV I've been reading about people using it for weight loss, but I'm not on the boat personally. Brushing teeth I agree is important for good hygiene, but I don't drink soda because it's not something I consume Neither is tea or coffee everyone has preferences.

I've been told one can't spot reduce continue with the weight loss, and ensure you have a progressive lifting routine the stomach may be the last place for the weight to come off for you. Good luck!!

I I have the same one!! Op this is a really good Bluetooth headphone. I ended up trying out others, and found myself returning them. One went inside of my earlobe, and my ears are small, so it kinda hurt got returned. One was a full blown headphone that went on my ear, and it was just so huge didn't like it, so it got…

What's your current height and weight? And how many calories are you eating? And do you use a food scale?
-
I don't drink soda because it's horrible for the teeth, but some people drink it, and enjoy it so to each their own. Good luck!

If you want a BM eating chocolate tends to help out with that, and ensure your fiber intake is a bit higher. I like to eat the fiber one bars they can be pretty delicious, and other snacks that are higher in fibers or fruits and Veggies. Good luck!! you definitely want to get some kind of a BM because if you don't you can…

Op, I'm the same height as you, and I was one pound heavier when I first started to lose weight. I'm now 148 pounds, and I did it without using any medication. Whatever works for you good luck!!

I understand about the stress that comes from school. I was also in a respiratory therapy program but in my case one semester, but I ended up losing weight versus gaining weight because I wasn't eating out, and I was kinda broke at the time. If you're eating less calories than you burn you will lose weight. I agree about…
-
I love Twix!! I eat it in moderation don't want to give it up.
-
The burns does seem awfully high I've noticed that on my Fitbit as well. I think of it more as an estimate versus actual real calorie burns.
-
I was responding to the Ops question, and somehow ended up quoting yours.
-
I've found zombie threads before I think it has to do with going to the next page, and accidentally thinking it's a newer post versus slightly older post, or doing a search on a certain topic. Even though the Op is gone it confuses me what kind of a doctor would prescribe 1,000 calories for someone who is only slightly…

In your post you asked Or do I even need to loose any weight? " [\b] I gave my opinion and stated you shouldn't , and there mentioned the same thing as well. If you don't want that advice maybe not asking that question will limit the response you see about it. Good luck!

You're actually at a healthy weight I would recommend you eat at maintenance, and taking up a progressive lifting program.
-
^ He does have a point!!

What's your current height and weight? Gender? I'm all cases if you're not losing weight it's because you're eating more calories than you think. Do you weigh your food?
-
Your post is a bit conflicting you'd like to lose the last 10 pounds, but you also feel like you're starving so maybe you're trying to figure out if you can increase your calories. I would recommended trying to figure out what you're wanting exactly. If you want to lose weight ensure you're tracking your food accurately…

Interesting thread...
-
I don't track anything, and I've managed to lose almost 40 pounds now. I think it's about knowing portion sizing and knowing how to control your portion intake as well. I do stay active, and I use the scale to know how what I ate the day before impacted my weight. If I eat Chinese one day, and I'm up by a pound I know why…

You got this your story is really inspiring!!! Best of luck on your journey and keep us updated.

Change your lose rate to 0.5 pounds a week and eat the calories MyFitnessPal gives you.
-
I'm going to be the outlier, but I'm going to say 800 calories if you got the full size cake just to be on the safe side.
-
Food packages can underestimate 20% possibly more. Some people on here even weigh food that have a food label. You're eating more than you think. You're only a few pounds overweight if I were you I would set my goal on here to lose 0.5 pounds a week, and use a food scale for everything that is solid that you eat. Make sure…

Hey, I have a coworker who has weight watchers I guess if someone isn't familiar with calorie counting, or understand enough about how to lose weight the program is good for them. I have a coworker who just started to lose weight, and she's on it and is losing weight. I've never been on that program, but I've lost almost…

Well I'm 26 does the six count? And don't drop to 1000 calories we are the same height I don't. Good luck!
-
Sure as long as it fits into your calories. I used to work at a call center, and I used to go to Taco Bell for lunch almost every day and still lost weight during that time. However, be careful about the sodium content could cause your weight to fluctuate even more.
-
Sweet potatoes fries are more calories than French fries normally. As long as the meal fits into your calorie goal should be fine!!
-
You're eating more calories then you think!!
-
I'm short as well, and I can tell you 110 is perfectly fine I wouldn't go crazy trying to lose 2 pounds. If you want to tone up your body more having a progress lifting schedule planned out does wonders! If I were you I'd eat at maintenance the calories given my MfP and do a combination of strength training and cardio.
