  • Hi Helen My babies are 24 & 21. Still trying to lose the baby weight. I did lose weight about 20 years ago but now I am the wrong side of 50 so my health needs to come first. Now have a couple of great nephews so need to be fit to run and play with them too. Chris 😁πŸ’ͺ🏼🌈

  • Hi! I had plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago. Many stretches were needed. Especially first thing in the morning. I also had a massage ball. It’s about the same size as a tennis ball with bumps on it. I would place my heel in it and roll it to and fro while watching tv. That helped too. It took almost a year to heal…

  • Hi Brad You got this! Each day is a fresh start. Log all your foods and then maths will be your friend. It does work but sometimes progress can be slow especially with gyms being closed and people isolating. The MFP community is fab and also encouraging. Lockdown has brought our daughter home and she bakes too many goodies... resistance is futile πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ I am getting out for a walk each day but the lbs are not shifting as fast as I’d like.
