How long have you been going to the gym? Imo, 6 pounds is not enough for inches to come off. Keep going! You can do it!

For me, it seems to take a few moments for the calculations to sync, but they both will count. Maybe re-sync.....it happens to me every single night as well, but does eventually calculate the day.

Did you buy your Fitbit second hand? If yes, the other person has to delete it from their account.
