  • If you were losing weight before and you are not eating back your exercise calories it's quite possible your body has recognised additional output with no additional input and is holding on... try eating them back for a while, at least some of them!
  • I'm the same!! 8lbs heavier, by lunchtime, no-one believes me when I tell them!!! I've just chosen never to weigh myself other than first thing in morning pre-breakfast, post-pee haha! x

  • Thanks but that is just one by one. Most sites have something where you give them permission to access your list for a limited time so they can tell you if you have any known contacts on specific website.
