I have 3 sunny side up eggs with 1/4 Avacado every morning. Fills me just right as long as I slam down some water too. I was doing the eggs with bacon, but swapped the bacon for Avacado since it’s healthier. Calories are roughly the same between 2 strips of bacon and 1/4 Avacado.

I do a 50 min walk every day at noon, then 40 mins of cardio at night. Walking is one of my favorite things to do. It's easy, uplifting, and motivating especially with music in the headphones.

If you really feel like you’re doing everything right you may want to focus on sugar and carbs. Too much of either and your body may be using that for energy instead of burning stored fat.
