  • I went to my first class in 2 years yesterday, 60 minutes was brutal, I am aiming to go back next week with 3 20 minute sessions at home between. so 2 hours a week this month?

  • I keep yo-yoing up and down, I see the number on the scale go down and it makes me happy, then when it creeps back up it really messes with my mo-jo. I figure if I focus on the NSV, when I step on the scale at the end of the month it wont bother me as much.

  • I do freezer meals a lot. I prep my breakfast smoothies for the week, and also freeze entire meals. As long as you get most of the air out they should keep for a couple of months. I keep stuff like taco meat and cooked beans and chicken breasts in zip lock baggies. The rest I keep in the tin pans with good heave foil on…
  • We are grilling deer burgers and sausages, probably making some beans and other various things while we let the boys ride their dirt bikes and pop some fire works. I will be eating bunless burgers and grilling some squash for myself.
