I made the creamed spinach today and it was delicious. So far everything I've tried has been good. And so MUCH information about keto! Which did your husband make? I tried another site's chocolate fat bomb and it was a waste! I'm coveting that mug cake and the pound cake and the zucchini bread.

My biggest cooking fail was low carb bread. I was dreaming all the things I could eat again. Toast with low carb jam, sandwiches , French toast... my loaf was harder than a brick, never rose and could have been registered as a weapon.

Yesterday I made Keto Mississippi roast and a microwave keto hamburger bun. Both recipes are from the ruled.me.com site. So delicious. My mini goal is to be 150 lbs. I want to not have to adjust the weight on cardio machines. It always starts at 150 lbs and I bring it up. I want to finally leave it alone and eventually bring it down.

I set my goal to lose 2lbs a week but I think that 1250 is too little for the amount of exercising I'm doing. I barely lose .8 lbs every other week and three weeks prior I was at a plateau.

I love walking too when it became too easy, I added an adjustable weighted vest. It's like walks my with a fat suit. I can also do squats , lunges,push ups and planks with it it really made a difference.
