At high end restaurants I take a look at appetizers and see if there's a yummy lo-cal option to match with a green veggie to make my entree. Last night it was oysters Rockefeller with green beans. So good!

Are you taking any meds to help you sleep? Some cause people to do odd things while sleeping. I have a friend who ordered off qvc when sleeping.

If on your phone, click (touch) on nutrition and at the top of the next screen, there are tabs, click (touch) nutrients. I would think accessing on computer is similar.

I see it in your hips and lower tummy for sure! You may want to take a side and back view too - the loss may be more apparent to you in one of these. I'm uncomfortable asking someone else to take the pics so use the timer on my phone and set everything up the same way. The monthly pics help keep me motivated.
