  • When I over eat. Stuff myself silly. I wake up in the morning and I feel very hungry. Whereas normal days I don't.
  • I'm not undereating though? In the last 4 weeks I've lost under 2lb a week on average. It's just a case of the whole 8 weeks it averages to 3lbs.
  • On the 14th of February I weighed in at 13st12 I was yoyoing between 13.12 and 13.10 until around the 7th of March and I weighed in at 13st5. But this was only a few days after my period. So in the last 4 weeks I have lost 7lbs max.

  • Why isn't MFP number just from exercise though? My fitbit will tell me how many calories I have burnt throughout that day as a whole and MFP seems to have a lower number which just seems to be the calories from the exercise logged on my fitbit?
  • Thanks everyone. I've started C25K And did the first session today! I must say I have been enjoying it and feel my best when I've completed it although I'm knackered I feel very proud as really didn't think I could even start it 😂
  • I'm not going to lie I also like playing with it 😂 it's good as well cos if I stand to the side in the mirror I can pull it to the side somewhat, put my arm down the side and I can see what I'd look like when I get to my goal weight. Very motivating! Haha!

  • I do have loose skin but the fat I'm talking about feels very different. I know this sounds gross but it feels like a bean bag. You can feel each "bean" it is gross 😂😂

  • The NHS promotes eating 5 fruit and veg a day and encourages different types as it is better nutritionally as you're getting different nutrients. So just wondered if a pepper is a pepper or the they have different nutrients in the different colours.
  • Yea it tells me the amounts I should put put in. The portion is only 1 portion. I just can't imagine something being 795kcal before you put your ingredients in. Especially as it's a 1 person meal kit.

  • I drink over 2litres a day and I eat a lot of veg. I start my day with a veg smoothie everyday. Maybe it's a mind overy matter thing. It is so frustrating!!

  • Halloumi is amazing isn't it!! I had it last night with a golden vegatable rice and a chicken breast cooked in a peri peri sauce! I also dipped the halloumi in a peri sauce as well. Goes really well with the salty taste!
