At least you’re clean up after yourself. My favorite is when the old ladies come up and ask me to be quieter and not drop the weights. Let me gently set this clean and jerk down. Also people who walk right next to you and you almost hit them with the weights.

I was mid bulk when I prepped and ran my 15 miler. I didn’t change to a deficient I just put it at maintenance. BFP went down and yielded a 3% decrease in lean muscle mass which was alright in my book.

Sumo is pretty solid. Lot of ipf records are held with sumo. Super advantageous depending on musculature and limb length.
