I think you need to pick one and stick with it for at least a month. You can try plugging in your stats to mfp and try that.

I've seen a lot of articles that talk about how less sleep impacts our decisions and we make worse choices, such as reaching for caffeine and junk to stay awake.

What do the calories look like?

If you put your stats into mfp they will give you a calorie goal. Do whatever amount of exercise you find enjoyable and doesn't stress your body.

Can you make yourself single serving bags or get what you want for your meal and get away from the kitchen until the next meal? There's no magic bullet and you'll have to work on coping or avoiding strategies. I've heard of ppl locking their fridge and cabinet if it's that bad.

I weigh everyday after using the bathroom but still in my pj's and try to wear the same pj's for a week. Weighing everyday has taken a lot of disappointment out of weekly checking for me

There's a new cinnamon toast crunch baking mix that I'm going to make and the rest of the menu will be based on how I'm feeling. Maybe risotto and seafood

I like most of them except malitol in large quantities as it messes my stomach up. I like Stevia in my tea. I also have swerve for baking and like it but not sure about for drinks, it has a slight alcohol aftertaste to me

I must be the odd one out, but a mix of breakfast foods like pancakes, eggs and cream of wheat, but I also eat leftovers, chicken tenders, sausage links and eggrolls for breakfast.

I buy extra eggrolls so I can have them for breakfast because there aren't usually any extra. Probably part of why I'm on here too lol

Tried the oatmeal creme pie, strawberry shortcake, and nutty buddy ice cream from Little Debbie. They all have pieces of the dessert in there which is cool but a majority of the pints in both stores looked like trash with ice cream leaking. The oatmeal creme pie had this weird cream vanilla flavor that I didn't like but…
