This has been the approach that I have taken most of the time and like you it usually works. Just this time it didn't. I increased my fluids and like I said I was feeling better. Took today off and will try again tomorrow.

I do agree with you though about the germs

Thanks but I'm not contagious. I said I am recovering and looking for advice on why I may have crashed after the workout.

Wow, that's a ton of different supplements. I see multivitamin and vitamin D the most though. Which is what I am considering starting on.

Anyone?

Agree with those above that say no to them.

Agree

I love Genuine Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme. Don't care for the chocolate though.

Definitely calories in/calories out. I still have more sugar than I probably should and continue to lose weight.

I very rarely eat the recommended calories daily exercise or not. The reason I had gained weight in the first place was sedentary lifestyle and junk food and fast food. I tipped the scale at 250 one day and it flipped a switch in my head. I got down to 224 just buy cutting out fast food and my sugar intake by half. I have…

So is this TDEE the most accurate way to track calories burnt?
-
That's not entirely accurate as far as to what you have to do to burn 800 calories. It depends a lot on what you weigh, height, how long you workout etc...

Through UA Record and then verified at the gym I go to. I spend at least 2 hours per workout. Treadmill and then total body workout.

OK, don't want to sound like an idiot but what is TDEE?

As a person with IBS I have found out the hard way that erythritol gives me stomach cramps. I see that others have problems with Stevia as well. Stevia is a 0 calorie natural sweetener and I have no problems with that as far as stomach issues go. Lots of people get Stevia mixed up. Look at the labels and make sure it is…

Hope you get well soon. I was just about to pose the same question. Came down with a cold yesterday and barely made it through my workout. Today is an off day so not a problem but looks like tomorrow will be a no-go. This will be the first one I have missed in months.

Green Day! They just released the Revolution Radio album. I finally get to see them in concert next month!

There is no such thing as to what at person's height and frame will dictate weight. Everyone is built different and has different metabolism's.

I tried living in the moment once, but then in went by before I realized it so I had to try again. Same thing happened. It's just a vicious circle.

Thank you guys for your advice. I am really looking to get under 200 pounds. Got 12 more to get there. At the same time I have been lifting so maybe I should really look at losing inches of belly fat. That is where mine is. I have been doing more reps with lighter weights. I will amp up the weight and fewer reps. Any…

It's just me and my wife now that our daughter is out on her own. We are spending about the same if not a little more on just the two of us as before when there was three. The difference is in the quality of the food. No more cheapo meals from a box or can. We eat real food now that is beneficial to our health.

No need to worry. Your weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs during the course of a day or couple days. Completely normal.
-
Not using it right now. Although I almost bought the book yesterday. I would love to know how it works for you. Keep me posted if you don't mind.

Thanks for the answers. I workout 4 days a week and average about 4 miles of walking/jogging, 45 minutes of total body weightlifting each time. I was just curious as to why they put these normal activities in the program. I guess it is to let people see that they are actually moving more than they think.
